Trish
Senior Director
I’m Trish, the proud owner of Daisy & Co The Salon.
I’m married to Peter, and we have 3 wonderful kids, Jess, Georgie and Zach. We also have 2 adorable dogs and a lively little bird.
I began my hairdressing career when I was just 17 at our small family salon, Waters Hair Design. That’s more than 35 years ago now! After taking a break to focus on family, I returned to the wonderful world of hairdressing after my third child was born.
In 2012, I took a leap of faith by purchasing Adonai Hair & Beauty in Chandlers Hill. My daughter Jess followed me in 2014 and over the next few years, Lauren, Latisha and Jordy joined our Adonai team. In 2022, we rebranded as Daisy & Co The Salon and made the move to O’Halloran Hill, welcoming Kayla, Tracy, Taisha and Bec to our vibrant Daisy tribe.
I love all types of hairdressing, but curly hair is my thing. From waves to kinky curls, I love sharing my expertise in caring for and styling textured hair.

Hi there! I’m Jess, and I’m thrilled to be the manager at our amazing salon, Daisy & Co. I began working with my mum Trish more than 10 years ago, and have been in the hair and beauty industry for more than 15 years now. I’ve loved watching our salon evolve into the vibrant and beautiful community we always wanted to create. It’s a welcoming space where our team and our clients feel safe and accepted as part of our extended salon family.
As for me, I’m an outgoing, funny and family-orientated gal. (Tip: If you ask me for chocolates, I’ll always give you 2!) When it comes to hair styling skills, I’m an all-rounder who loves all aspects of hairdressing, including having a good chat. I’ve always got a new story to share, and I’m here for you through all life’s highs and lows – it’s hairdressing with a side of conversation and care 😊
My job is to make sure every visit to our salon is nothing short of exceptional. I’m focused on attention to detail and committed to making sure you always leave feeling incredible.

Lauren

Hello, I’m Lauren. I’ve been in the hair and beauty industry since 2010. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing, but I particularly love a good hairstyle transformation. It brings me joy to see my clients walking out feeling like they’re a different, more confident person than when they walked in.
I’m a mum to one human child and 2 cats. My guilty pleasure is watching reality TV, so am totally here for it if you want to chat about the latest MAFS drama 😉. But I also understand that sometimes you just want to rest. If you’d prefer a ‘silent’ appointment, just let me know and I’ll make sure you feel relaxed and peaceful throughout your visit.
During my career, I’ve won places in various hairdressing competitions and assisted backstage at Perth Fashion Week. I’ve also been a hair model, so I understand how it feels to be on both sides of the chair.
I love working in a team, and the girls at Daisy & Co are like my second family. I look forward to welcoming you to our extended salon family, too.
Tracy
Senior Stylist
Hello, I’m Tracy. I’ve been dedicated to hairdressing for more than 40 years and my passion for hair is as strong as it was when I first started. I trained in the UK, and it’s hairdressing that made it possible for me to relocate to Adelaide with my beautiful family.
In my career, I’ve owned a salon and trained apprentices, always taking pleasure in sharing my experiences. I’m now part of the Daisy tribe, which I absolutely love! Joining this team has expanded my skills, especially in the world of curly hair, and I’m now an expert in cutting and styling all types of curls. I love all aspects of hairdressing, including colouring, cutting and even perming!
Outside of work, I’m an avid dancer. I’ve learned tap, jazz and contemporary dance, which keeps me young at heart! I’m excited to bring my hairdressing expertise and zest for life to everyone I meet at Daisy & Co.
Taisha
Senior Stylist
Hello, I’m Taisha. My love for all things hairdressing began at an early age when I would experiment on anyone who would let me! Now it’s been more than 20 years since I started in the industry as a fresh-faced 16-year-old, further developing my deep passion for all things hair. I joined the Daisy tribe in 2023 and it instantly felt like my hair home!
I specialise in creating beautiful blondes and love giving my clients a perfect bouncy blowout. As a lifelong learner, I’m excited to be perfecting my skills in weft extensions and am eager to keep discovering all the secrets to cutting, styling and caring for curly hair the Daisy way!
Outside of work, you’ll find me being a soccer mum. And a footy mum. And a cricket mum. And a dance mum. Needless to say, my 2 beautiful kids keep me and my husband busy! We cherish making memories through travels and adventures with our kids – though I’m more of a 4/5 star kinda gal rather than a camper (much to my hubby’s dislike). Life is short, live it well!
My clients often become like family – there are some I’ve had the pleasure of looking after for almost my whole career. I love a good chit-chat in the salon and sharing all of life’s stories back and forth with my clients. But I also appreciate that we all need our downtime and take no offense if you prefer a quieter salon experience.

Stylist
Hi, I’m Latisha. I began my work experience at Daisy & Co in July 2019, and after a few months, Trish offered me a part-time position. Then right before my 16th birthday in May 2020 and the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was offered an apprenticeship, which I eagerly accepted.
Over 4 fabulous years, I’ve grown professionally and personally thanks to the incredible team I work with. The girls have taught me so much about hairdressing and life in general. In early 2024, I finished my apprenticeship.
Being part of the Daisy girls is so much fun! We’re not just co-workers; we’re friends and family. And we’ve had plenty of laughs and even a few tears along the way.
One of the best things about working here is meeting new people. I’m always up for a good chat! I’m qualified in curly cutting and hydration treatments, and I love seeing the big smiles on my client’s faces when I transform their curly hair. I also love working with bright colours which allows my imagination to run wild!
Jordan

My name is Jordan, but you can call me Jordy. I started hairdressing in 2021 and instantly fell in love with the industry. At heart, I’m a country girl who is spontaneous and adventurous. I own a beloved Delica van named ‘Doug,’ which is perfect for indulging my love of camping trips, beach days and cooking meals at sunset.
I’m friendly and outgoing – and very competitive when it comes to anything to do with sport! In the salon, my strengths are creating bright or lived-in blondes and expertly applying weft extensions. I love experiencing the joy of a client seeing their dream hair for the first time.
I recognise the uniqueness of each client and cater to individual needs. I love bringing confidence to everyone who sits in my chair. If you enjoy a good chat, I’m the stylist for you – I’ll go on for hours on any topic you give me! I can’t wait to see you soon.

Hi there! I’m Kayla and I’ve been a proud member of the Daisy & Co crew since 2022. Specialising in curly hair, I enjoy educating clients on styling and caring for their curls. As a curly-haired girl myself, I understand the joys (and challenges) it brings, and I love helping my clients feel confident in their natural curls.
I also have a keen interest in colour work. There’s nothing quite like the feeling of giving someone a vibrant new look and seeing them feel refreshed as they walk out the door.
Outside the salon, I love my sport, especially netball, and spend most of my free time outdoors enjoying the fresh air and staying active.
I love our Daisy fam and look forward to welcoming you to our salon soon!
Bec

Hi, I’m Bec! I’m the newest member of the Daisy & Co team, but I bring with me previous experience in hair and beauty. I’ve wanted to be a hairdresser for as long as I can remember. It’s a dream that has been heavily influenced by looking up to my aunty who is also a hairdresser named Bec!
In the salon, I love doing blow-drys and styling. While I might seem quiet at first, I still love a good chat and getting to know my clients.
Outside of the salon, I keep the pampering going for myself with my love of doing my acrylic nails and practicing self-care.
I’m excited to continue my hairdressing journey here at Daisy & Co, where I know I’ll be developing expert skills in a friendly, supportive and creative atmosphere. I can’t wait to meet you and help you achieve a fresh new look for your hair!
